
Attorney Pecci founded The Law Office of Rosanna Pecci in 2012 after being admitted to practice law in 2011 by the Louisiana State Supreme Court. She is currently a member in good standing of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Dominican Republic State Bar Association (CARD).
Mrs. Pecci initiated her Law Career in the Dominican Republic with a Cum Laude Bachelor Degree of Law from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) in 1998. She later specialized in other important fields of law such as Intellectual Property, Foreign Relations and Law of Successions, with the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD). In 2002 she accomplished a Postgraduate Degree in International Commerce Law from University Accion Pro-Educacion y Cultura (UNAPEC) University. Licensed to practice law in her native country, Dominican Republic.
Attorney Pecci was hired to practice Family Law by The International Law Office of the Dominican Republic (known as the VIP Firm). She continued her practice serving as Legal Consultant of the National Copyright Office, a government position which gave her the opportunity to participate in most of the official negotiations forums for Intellectual Property around the world. In 2006 she returned to the United States to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed attorney in the United States, which she accomplished in 2011.
